Kenneth Copeland Ministries Canada’s Operations Team is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator.

Reports to the Operations Manager. Responsible for preparing and posting outgoing mail and receiving all deliveries and shipments. Responsible for the duplication of MOD (Made On Demand) products such as CDs, DVDs and MP3s. Effectively manages the warehouse in regards to organization, cleanliness and the supply of shipping materials. This position will also assist in facility and property maintenance including but not limited to the following: landscaping, cleaning, equipment upkeep and general maintenance.

This position is not a remote job. You will be required to work onsite. If you live outside BC, you will need to be willing to move closer to the office in Langley, BC.

  • Able to operate motorized equipment such as a forklift and a skid-steer loader

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily print packing slips for orders that are generated through the Inventory System
  • Accurately pick and pack product orders
  • Ship product orders through the Canada Post software system
  • Ministry objective of 48-hour shipment fulfillment turnaround is required
  • Keep a clean and organized Warehouse
  • Use the warehouse systems in place for organizing overstock and pick areas
  • Receive product shipments and place stock into appropriate warehouse locations
  • Maintain proper stock levels, with the assistance of the Inventory Coordinator, for upcoming promotions
  • Work with Inventory Coordinator to ensure inventory is accurate through cycle count checks
  • Duplicate CDs and DVDs – manage raw material stock
  • Fold, stuff and post monthly letters using commercial mailing machines
  • Assist with landscaping and building maintenance by performing hands-on tasks and by working with contractors under the direction of the Operations Manager
  • Attend to other general building maintenance items as needed
  • Participate in staff devotions which involves reading from the Bible, praying in a group setting and being a part of Bible-based discussions.
  • Pick up supplies and drop off parcels, mail and bank deposits
