This conference is offered to senior leaders at no cost (unless you choose to purchase the on-site lunches). The Next-Gen registrations do require the purchase of box lunches. The charges cover the cost of the meals, including full-service catering, setup, equipment rentals and labor.

You may cancel your event registration at any time, but no refunds for on-site lunches will be processed after Dec. 5.

No substitutions, please.

register up to two Next-Gen ministers to attend that special track. (Two Senior Ministers and two Next-Gen Ministers total.)

No children, please. The conference is for adults only.

The luncheon fee for senior minsters is not mandatory. The Next-Gen registrations do require the purchase of box lunches. The charges cover the cost of the meals, including full-service catering, setup, equipment rentals and labor.

  • 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. | Coffee and Snack Items Regular coffee and snack items will be available to purchase in the Hospitality Room from 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Specialty coffees will be available for purchase in The Passage Coffee Shop.
  • 12:30-1:45 p.m. | Lunch Prepaid luncheon will be served on site. Light lunch options will also be available for purchase in the Hospitality Room.
  • 5:00-6:50 p.m. | Dinner Dinner will be available for purchase from 5:00-6:50 p.m. at the KCM Headquarters dining room.

Dress will be business casual.

Temperatures can range from -10 to 26 degrees Celsius in January. Please come prepared for a wide range of possible weather conditions.

Yes, please be prepared to present your driver’s license or another form of photo ID at registration in order to pick up your badge.

Due to ministry wide expansion and remodeling, we will not be offering property tours.
