Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Canada (KCM Canada)
Search facilitated by Nelson/Kraft & Associates Inc. for Kenneth Copeland Ministries Canada
Kenneth Copeland Ministries has been operating their Canadian office, located in Langley, BC, since 1976, and has grown to serve over 20,000 Partners and Friends through their print, broadcast and internet communications. KCM Canada also has the potential of extending their influence to over 30 million people via the Believer’s Voice of Victory daily broadcast.
Their next Executive Director (ED) will embrace the role as a calling to full-time ministry in an administrative context. This leader will embody a pastor’s heart for staff, families, and Partners and Friends of the Canadian Ministry by praying, counselling and inspiring growth through skillful relationship-building and communication, while ensuring the operational health of the organization.
The ED is adept in Senior-level management of both staff and administrative responsibilities, including accounting practices and strategic execution. This mature, Holy Spirit-filled believer has a reputation for wise discernment and clear decision-making based on the Word of God, particularly in difficult and sensitive situations. Additionally, the ED should already be connected to the vision of KCM Canada through financial partnership, and be fully committed to the purpose, vision, mission and core values of the Ministry.
Your passion for growing and maturing believers while using your God-given administrative gifts could make you the perfect candidate for Executive Director of KCM Canada.
