May 2026 Partner Letter

Dear Partner,

ALL IS WELL IN THE HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH! Let’s take a look at Galatians 6:10 in the Amplified Bible, Classic Edition:

  • “So then, as occasion and opportunity open up to us, let us do good [morally] to all people [not only being useful or profitable to them, but also doing what is for their spiritual good and advantage]. Be mindful to be a BLESSING, especially to those of the household of Faith [those who belong to God’s family with you, the believers].”

All is not well if you are worried and fearful about all that’s going on around you. May is springtime and should be filled with new things, ideas and concepts that match the beauty of the season. Now let’s look at 2 Timothy 1:7, AMPC:For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of Love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.

Read that again! Notice that fear does not come from our God! What, then, is THE SPIRIT of POWER? (DYNAMAS, or DUNAMIS) It means “strength, power for performing miracles; also, moral power and excellence of soul.Look it up for yourself! It also has to do with wealth and riches. This is what we pray for ALL our Partners. We pray that you are BLESSED beyond measure—spirit, soul, body, financially and socially. We have not been given a spirit of fear, but a sound mind. What does The BOOK say about that, especially to us who are of The HOUSEHOLD OF FAITH? First Peter 5:8-9 (AMPC) says:

  • “Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour. Withstand him; be firm in Faith [against his onset—rooted, established, strong, immovable, and determined], knowing that the same (identical) sufferings are appointed to your brotherhood (the whole body of Christians) throughout the world.”

The devil can come “LIKE A ROARING LION.” JESUS IS THE LION of The TRIBE Of JUDAH. So, then, what have we received? Romans 8:14-17, AMPC: “For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. For [the Spirit which] you have now received [is] not a spirit of slavery to put you once more in bondage to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption [the Spirit producing sonship] in [the bliss of] which we cry, Abba (Father)! Father! The Spirit Himself [thus] testifies together with our own spirit, [assuring us] that we are children of God. And if we are [His] children, then we are [His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His inheritance with Him].”

Wow! Welcome to THE FAMILY. Now keep reading in 1 John 4:18-19, AMPC: “There is no fear in Love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) Love turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of Love [is not yet grown into Love’s complete perfection]. We Love Him, because He first Loved us.” So then, dear Partner, Love that’s full grown is by Faith. We must believe. Let’s read verse 18 in the King James Version: “There is no fear in Love; but perfect Love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in Love.”

Fear has torment. Who is the tormentor? The devil is—satan. In John 10:9-10, in the AMPC, Jesus said: “I am the Door; anyone who enters in through Me will be saved (will live). He will come in and he will go out [freely], and will find pasture. The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).”

Stealing, killing and destroying produce torment. Yes, that’s what the devil does. But Jesus said, “I have come that you might have life,” divine life from the Son of the living God, our LORD and Savior! Now go to Hebrews 2:14, AMPC. “Since, therefore, [these His] children share in flesh and blood [in the physical nature of human beings], He [Himself] in a similar manner partook of the same [nature], that by [going through] death He might bring to nought and make of no effect him who had the power of death—that is, the devil.”

What? “Him who HAD the power of death”! And “bring to NOUGHT”—0, ZERO, NOTHING! ALL satan has now are lying threats. Jesus said, “HE HAS NO TRUTH IN HIM.” Look at John 8:31-32 in the AMPC: “So Jesus said to those Jews who had believed in Him, If you abide in My WORD [hold fast to My teachings and live in accordance with them], you are truly My disciples. And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.”

Now what about Faith? Where else would we learn about it but in Mark 11:22-25? Let’s look in the AMPC:

  • And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have Faith in God [constantly]. Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]. And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your [own] failings and shortcomings and let them drop.”

Two key words: “says” and “drop” it. Let it go. Why? Because Faith will not work in an unforgiving heart! So bringing Love to maturity must come from our confessions of Faith, such as what is found in Colossians 1:13-14 (AMPC): “[The Father] has delivered and drawn us to Himself out of the control and the dominion of darkness and has transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His Love, in Whom we have our redemption through His blood, [which means] the forgiveness of our sins.”

We know and understand from 2 Corinthians 5:17-18, AMPC: “Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come! But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony with Him].”

The old previous moral and spiritual condition has passed away”—the sin nature. Read verses 17-18 again! Now read verse 21: “For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].” What? You and I have been MADE the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus our LORD—in right standing with God our Savior! Ephesians 1:4 in the AMPC says: “Even as [in His Love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and blameless in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in Love.”

What is the difference between righteousness and living a holy life? One difference is we have been given right standing with God. Righteousness has been conferred on us. And, two, the LORD tells us, “You be holy for I am holy” (1 Peter 1:16). We walk in holiness by Faith. It’s a daily choice to walk in the Love of God. Now go to Galatians 5:16 (AMPC): “But I say, walk and live [habitually] in the [Holy] Spirit [responsive to and controlled and guided by the Spirit]; then you will certainly not gratify the cravings and desires of the flesh (of human nature without God).”

Now verse 21, KJV: “Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” What? “SHALL NOT INHERIT THE KINGDOM of GOD.This is very serious! Born again, but never take control of “the flesh.” BUT! Verses 22-23, AMPC: “But the fruit of the [Holy] Spirit [the work which His presence within accomplishes] is Love, joy (gladness), peace, patience (an even temper, forbearance), kindness, goodness (benevolence), faithfulness, gentleness (meekness, humility), self-control (self-restraint, continence). Against such things there is no law [that can bring a charge].” “There is no law that can bring a charge.” Now let’s look at 1 John 1:7-9, AMPC:

  • “If we [really] are living and walking in the Light, as He [Himself] is in the Light, we have [true, unbroken] fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt [keeps us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations]. If we say we have no sin [refusing to admit that we are sinners], we delude and lead ourselves astray, and the Truth [which the Gospel presents] is not in us [does not dwell in our hearts]. If we [freely] admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins [dismiss our lawlessness] and [continuously] cleanse us from all unrighteousness [everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action].”

He will forgive! He, Jesus, is the Light of the world! This is the beauty of the New Covenant in His blood. The Covenant is between Jesus and His, and our, Father. When we step out of line and break the “Law of Love,” we go to our LORD Jesus and confess it. Own it, and He has promised in His blood to forgive us and clean us up, whether we feel “good about it” or not.

“Well, Brother Copeland, I’m so sorry for what I did, that I just don’t feel like He heard me.” Do this: Shout the NAME OF JESUS, whose we are and whom we serve. We don’t have to shout to get His attention. We shout His Name to get OUR attention. Then begin to shout and praise God because He did hear you. Say, “He Loves me, and He forgave me when He was raised from the dead and sat down on the right hand of God.” First Peter 2:24, AMPC, says: “He personally bore our sins in His [own] body on the tree [as on an altar and offered Himself on it], that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.” “He personally bore my sins”! Where then is the fear?

First Corinthians 12:31 in the AMPC says: “But earnestly desire and zealously cultivate the greatest and best gifts and graces (the higher gifts and the choicest graces). And yet I will show you a still more excellent way [one that is better by far and the highest of them all–Love].” The Love of God in us is the greatest gift of ALL! Now let’s begin our confession from Chapter 13:4-8 in the AMPC:

  • “Love endures long and is patient and kind; Love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God’s Love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end].”

So we confess: “I endure LONG! I am patient and kind…. I am not self-seeking…[or] touchy….” Commit verses 4-8 to memory, right down to “I (Love) never fails because of my Blood Covenant with my Father through my Savior, who does not just have Love, HE IS LOVE, AND HE LOVES (put your name here) according to John 14: 21-23, AMPC”:

  • “The person who has My commands and keeps them is the one who [really] Loves Me; and whoever [really] Loves Me will be Loved by My Father, and I [too] will Love him and will show (reveal, manifest) Myself to him. [I will let Myself be clearly seen by him and make Myself real to him.]…. If a person [really] Loves Me, he will keep My WORD [obey My teaching]; and My Father will Love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special dwelling place) with him.”

Look at verse 26, AMPC:But the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My Name…He will teach you all things. And He will cause you to recall (will remind you of, bring to your remembrance) everything I have told you.

Now let’s pray along with Jesus and set ourselves in Holy agreement with the prayer He prayed in Chapter 17:1, AMPC: “…Father, the hour has come. Glorify and exalt and honor and magnify Your Son, so that Your Son may glorify and extol and honor and magnify You.” Now look at verse 20, AMPC: “Neither for these alone do I pray [it is not for their sake only that I make this request], but also for all those who will ever come to believe in (trust in, cling to, rely on) Me through their word and teaching.”

So here it is! Verse 23 in the AMPC: “I in them and You in Me, in order that they may become one and perfectly united, that the world may know and [definitely] recognize that You sent Me and that You have Loved them [even] as You have Loved Me.” The Father Loves you just as much as He does Jesus. Certainly, He does! Remember 1 Peter 2:24. I’ll close with this in John 16:23-24, AMPC: “And when that time comes, you will ask nothing of Me [you will need to ask Me no questions]. I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that My Father will grant you whatever you ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM]. Up to this time you have not asked a [single] thing in My Name [as presenting all that I AM]; but now ask and keep on asking and you will receive, so that your joy (gladness, delight) may be full and complete.

What? There it is again. “THAT YOUR joy may be FULL”! The joy of The LORD is our strength. Now back to Galatians 5:22 which says, “the fruit of the Spirit is LOVE [and] JOY”! As always, don’t read just the scriptures that are written to you in this letter. Get in The BOOK yourself. Don’t quote me. Quote The BOOK!
